Terms of Participation for Virtual Events

As a Condition, to the participation, by you, the Registrant, in this Virtual Session, which includes any live or recorded digital broadcast, video conference, meeting, workshop, webcast, or webinar, you, the Registrant, Acknowledge, and Agree, that there are various State and Federal Laws, Rules, and Regulations, and certain Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Rules, and Regulations, relative to Telemarketing, and contacting Property Owners, and you, the Registrant, Agree to Comply with all of the pertinent Laws, Rules, and Regulations, in regard to your participation in the Vulcan7 Virtual Session.

You, the Registrant, do hereby acknowledge that this Virtual Session is being recorded and may be reproduced and rebroadcast.

You, the Registrant, also Agree that Kai Data, LLC, the Company that is sponsoring this Virtual Session, and its Members, Agents, Employees, and Representatives, and the Speakers, who are participating in this Vulcan7 Virtual Session, and their respective Companies, Agents, Employees, and Representatives, shall not be liable to you, the Registrant, and/or the Company or Brokerage, with which you are associated, or affiliated, for any reason, for any Damages, Monetary, or otherwise, which you may incur, as a result of, or by virtue of, your participation in this Vulcan7 Virtual Session.

You, the Registrant, do hereby give your Express Written Consent, to Kai Data, LLC, the Company that is sponsoring the Vulcan7 Virtual Session, and their Agents, Employees, and Representatives, and the Speakers, who are participating in the Vulcan7 Virtual Session, and their respective Companies, Agents, Employees, and Representatives, to Contact you, by Telephone, E-Mail, and Text Messaging.

Also, you, the Registrant, Agree to Indemnify, and Hold Harmless, Kai Data, LLC, the Company that is sponsoring the Vulcan7 Virtual Session, and their Members, Agents, Employees, and Representatives, and the Speakers, who are participating in the Vulcan7 Virtual Session, and their respective Companies, Agents, Employees, and Representatives, from any and all Liability, and/or any type of Damages, which you may incur, as a result of, or by virtue of, your participation in the Vulcan7 Virtual Session.
