00:00:03:08 – 00:00:10:12
All right. Let’s go up to Wisconsin. Okay, Kenosha with Calla Ricciardi
00:00:12:10 – 00:00:30:06
So typically I get to the office at 7:30. I typically work just Monday through Thursday, so I get to the office for 7:30 roleplay. I’ll play a role play from 7:30 till eight, and then I’m usually on the phones by about 8:15. And one of the things I really try hard to do is shut off my email and shut off my cell phone.
00:00:30:06 – 00:00:51:12
As a matter of fact, my assistant takes my cell phone so I’m not interrupted. And then I speak on the phone to until 11:30, and I have no buyer agent. So I do 150 deals basically myself. I meet with the Edmund’s at 1130 and then usually 12 to 1230. I do admin things, maybe look at some schemes and what have you.
00:00:51:15 – 00:01:10:17
And then I go out on appointments from like one until I try to be home in the house by 6:00 Monday through Thursday. And then on the weekends I periodically have to do a counteroffer or present an offer or something like that. But I try hard to avoid actually working with meeting with people on the weekends and Fridays.
00:01:11:07 – 00:01:14:04
So it’s kind of a weekday business?
00:01:14:18 – 00:01:20:10
Pretty much, yeah. Monday through Thursday is the plan to try and do 150 deals
00:01:21:02 – 00:01:21:15
In 4 days
00:01:21:15 – 00:01:23:13
Right. In four days. Yeah.
00:01:23:15 – 00:01:26:11
And then you’ll do it three days after that probably. Yeah?
00:01:26:16 – 00:01:31:03
Exactly. Once I can get that, you know, mastered, then I’ll move it down to three days and that’d be perfect.
00:01:32:11 – 00:01:50:08
She’s got it down to 150 sales. One woman show pretty much, you know, just four days a week, home in the evenings. But she knows, it’s important she’s got three boys and her husband, Joe, and they like to have a good life. And it can be a weekday business, folks. It can be a weekday business.
00:01:50:12 – 00:02:03:18
And it doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t have to have 82 Indians on the team. You know, she keeps most of them on tight ship. Yeah, there’s a tight ship. Very, very tight ship.
